Prior to joining Rain Hollow, Braxton held brokerage roles with The Weitzman Group and SRS Real Estate Partners, where he served as lead agent on a wide range of landlord, tenant, and investment transactions. His background spans site selection, due diligence, acquisition analysis, and investor relations giving him a comprehensive perspective that delivers meaningful outcomes for clients and partners.

In his role as Director of Leasing for Rain Hollow Companies, Braxton oversees leasing strategy and execution across the firm’s portfolio. He is known for his deep market insight, and ability to build lasting relationships with tenants and ownership groups throughout the region.
