For us, property management and asset management must function as integrated disciplines, balancing the physical condition of our assets, the success of our tenants, and the performance of invested capital. This approach protects and enhances value at every level while ensuring our properties remain competitive and well-maintained.
  • Real estate is fundamentally local. We invest significant time understanding our markets, studying everything from demographic shifts to local politics and leasing activity. We leverage this knowledge to make strategic leasing decisions to secure and retain the right tenant mix.
  • We utilize advanced management and reporting systems to track performance of our assets, providing our partners with transparent, data-driven insights. This technology-enabled approach ensures accountability across our portfolio while informing the strategic decisions that maximize returns for our investors.

What We’re Looking For

  • Property Types: Neighborhood retail, community centers, and service oriented industrial properties 
  • We target existing properties where we can add real value to the property through operational and physical improvements. 
  • We always plan for the LONG TERM, and want to ensure each property meets the criteria for our tenants to be successful. Traffic, Density, Convenience, Visibility. These are all significant factors when we consider a property.
  • That said we do not have a minimum (or maximum) size, a specific geographic area, or a specific demographic we target. Instead we review each property on its own merits and determine if the factors affecting it are conducive to its success
