Brett brings over a decade of hands-on experience across nearly every facet of commercial real estate. His career reflects a rare versatility spanning early work in the field, land acquisition, leasing, underwriting, property management, and asset management with a consistent focus on practical problem solving and value creation.

Before joining Rain Hollow in 2015, Brett began his career as a Land Acquisition Manager, sourcing off-market sites for mid-rise and townhome developments. That role sharpened his ability to structure creative deals and guide complex transactions to closing. He later transitioned into property and asset management, where he developed deep operational expertise and a lasting passion for commercial real estate.

As a partner at Rain Hollow, Brett oversees operations and asset management across the firm’s portfolio. He leads initiatives in acquisitions, performance optimization, and long-term strategy, with a focus on strengthening portfolio results and building durable value for investors, tenants, and the communities Rain Hollow serves.
