Will founded Rain Hollow in 2013 with a vision to build a nimble, relationship-driven real estate company that approaches retail shopping centers with hands-on care and long-term stewardship. His belief in being closely involved with tenants, partners, and day-to-day operations has shaped Rain Hollow’s identity from the beginning, resulting in durable assets, strong community ties, and a reputation for responsiveness and integrity.

With more than two decades of experience as a Broker and General Partner, Will has built a career at the intersection of real estate leadership, entrepreneurship, and operational execution. Alongside his work in real estate, he co-founded and operated the FEED TX restaurant group, which successfully opened multiple Liberty Kitchen locations and additional restaurant concepts before the group’s sale. This background gives Will a rare perspective that blends development insight, tenant needs, and operational realities — uniquely informing Rain Hollow’s approach to leasing and property performance.

At Rain Hollow today, Will oversees capital partner relationships and leasing strategy, guiding the company’s growth with a focus on long-term value creation and thoughtful partnership development. In addition to his role at Rain Hollow, he serves as the Chief Business Officer and co-founder of Ethos Behavioral Health Group, a leading private mental helthcare provider in Houston.
