*Long Point Plaza

Description: Originally purchased in 2002, Long Point Plaza was one of our earliest purchases. The property is a neighborhood retail center located in the heart of Spring Branch and backing up to the highly sought after Spring Valley neighborhood. During our ownership the surrounding market changed significantly as home values rose and demographics evolved. The property became a strong candidate for redevelopment and after securing the initial leases with a refreshed tenant mix, we sold the asset to a larger developer. This sale provided exception risk adjusted returns for our partners.
