Our primary role is an operator of retail real estate, and we are perpetually exploring new projects and ways to improve our existing properties.

Real Estate is local, and we spend an extraordinary amount of time understanding our markets. We leverage this understanding along with our personal approach to leasing and management to keep our properties leased to the right businesses. 

 
Our approach is long-term, with our base criteria of never buying a property we are not happy to hold for the long haul.

What We’re Looking For

Property Types: Neighborhood retail, community centers, and service oriented industrial properties.
We target existing properties where we can add real value to the property through operational and physical improvements.
 
We always plan for the LONG TERM, and want to ensure each property meets the criteria for our tenants to be successful. Traffic, Density, Convenience, Visibility. These are all significant factors when we consider a property.
 
That said we do not have a minimum (or maximum) size, a specific geographic area, or a specific demographic we target. Instead we review each property on its own merits and determine if the factors affecting it are conducive to its success.
